First of all, it's a great product that has been favored by those who love solid colors for so many years, and it's definitely not just because it looks pretty on the surface.
Actually, we've always championed the high quality of Goodwear because it's certified by two very important Trademarks.
-
Cotton USA

It is a trademark promoted by the non-profit organization Cotton Council International (CCI) to promote American cotton and cotton products, making it the preferred fiber material for various textile mills, brands and consumers💯.
Cotton USA prioritizes the quality and sustainability of its materials , insisting on using high-quality raw materials and employing rigorous cotton cultivation techniques to produce environmentally friendly cotton and high-quality cotton products.
Fair Labour Association

Its mission is to protect workers' rights and improve working conditions worldwide by promoting compliance with international labor standards and uniting efforts from all sectors.
FLA conducts independent monitoring and verification of the locations where FLA products are manufactured to ensure that the channels comply with FLA's workplace standards. FLA upholds fair and ethical principles and is committed to resolving labor issues.
With these two Trademark accreditations, Goodwear's quality is absolutely guaranteed! 💪🏻

In summary, the pace of life is too fast these days 🏃🏽♀️, so many American brands, in order to speed up production and improve quality control, are really worse than before 🤢
Actually, that's why we introduced "Cotton USA" —to guarantee that the quality of American-made products today is the same as that of products from the golden age of American manufacturing! (At least what you buy is 100% genuine American pure cotton!) This is very important! X3

Furthermore, the Fair Labour Association monitors and verifies the process, so there's no need to worry about sweatshop practices behind the scenes. Workers have reasonable work hours, so the production process won't be stressful! You can buy with peace of mind. 🛒

Also, Goodwear fans probably know that they have both US and Japanese versions 🇺🇸 and 🇯🇵. Do you know the differences between them? Let me explain! 💬
First, let's talk about the US version of Goodwear. It's definitely 100% Made in the USA. Their products come in three different cuts ✂️▼

Goodwear's most original and long-term use of cutting

- 1.25-inch wide ribbed neckline
- Wide sleeves and distinctive features

Modern Fit
- Straight-leg style
- Fit
- Neckline is too small
- The sleeves are also a bit short.

Slim Fit
- Fit design
- young neckline
- The neckline is quite wide.
- The cuffs are relatively small

Overall, Goodwear USA offers a wide variety of styles, ranging from relaxed and rugged to slim and sophisticated, catering to diverse tastes. 😋

Next, let's talk about the Japanese version, GOOD WEAR.

It's a branch of Goodwear USA, and it's still all Made in USA!
The Japanese version uses Modern Fit cutting, which is more fitted and suits Asian body types. ▼

So what is its connection with Japan? ▼
The fact is that they use American cotton from Goodwear USA, and the next step is to dye it in Japan. 🧺 My previous blog post mentioned that the Japanese craftsmanship spirit (link to review) is linked to the meticulousness of the finished product, and the same applies to Japanese dyeing techniques.
Japanese dyeing techniques have a history of over a thousand years. Tie-dyeing, herbal dyeing, and dyeing are all traditional Japanese dyeing techniques. The finished products are delicate and natural, demonstrating the trustworthiness of Japanese dyeing technology.

The Japanese version of Goodwear uses the Japanese Garment Dye dyeing method . ▼

Garment dyeing means that the garment is made first and then dyed. This is the most common dyeing method, which makes the fabric soft to the touch, has a good hand feel, and the colors appear richer. At the same time, shrinkage treatment is already done during the dyeing process, so you don't need to worry about shrinkage. Most importantly, the colors are really beautiful! 😍😍😍!!!!!!!!!
