"House of Blanks"
-Made in Canada

House Of Blanks has just launched its new Fall/Winter collection. Before introducing House Of Blanks, I'd like to share some information about the highly acclaimed Canadian clothing manufacturer, Roopa Knitting Mills .
-
Founder Nat Thakkar began learning knitting techniques in a knitting factory in 1973. Over the next 18 years, he mastered circular knitting machines, gradually rising to the position of production manager. In 1991, he established his own knitting factory, focusing on the production of knitted fabrics. With steady business growth, a brand new knitting factory was built in the suburbs of Toronto in 2001. Despite facing the challenges of international competition, Roopa Mills' adaptability and commitment to quality have enabled it not only to survive but also to thrive. Today, Roopa is a leader in the knitting industry, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, combining traditional techniques with modern sustainable practices.

You have very likely come into contact with products manufactured by Roopa Mills.
Roopa Mills is best known for earning the trust of world-renowned brands. They are the current supplier of heavyweight knitwear for the American streetwear brand Supreme, and their collaborators include Arc'teryx, NOAH, Patagonia, Lululemon, Canada Goose, and many more. You've likely heard of these brands; if you see a product marked "Made in Canada," it's highly likely to be one of their products, and you might even already own one of them.

In addition to these apparel and sports brands, there are also fields including home décor, medical supplies, and industrial applications.
HOUSE OF BLANKS - Fall Winter -2024

However, "HOUSE OF BLANKS" is Roopa Mills' own factory brand, offering its solid-color collection of high-quality clothing at relatively low prices.
Last summer, we introduced the brand's heavyweight cropped T-shirts for the first time, made with ring-spun combed yarn, characterized by even density distribution, thickness, durability, and a smooth texture. This year, we're bringing you two autumn/winter items:
“ House of Blank Relaxed Fit Hoodies “

This zip-up hoodie evokes the rugged feel of 90s American sportswear, crafted from thick and durable French terry cloth. The body features horizontal fabric with side seams, a design known as reverse weave. The hood is made of three layers for a structured look, with a ribbed lining. The fleece lining is 100% cotton, gentle on the skin, and incredibly comfortable.
“ House of Blank Crewneck Sweatshirt “

The sweatshirt fabric used is a 12-ounce heavyweight sweatshirt, which, unlike the rougher sweatshirts made in the US, has a certain softness and a unique texture due to its Canadian origin. Because Canadian water is hard water, the fabric's feel changes. After washing, the fabric becomes even softer, and the comfort of wearing it gradually improves.
