1. Out of Stock

• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you personally for exchange arrangements or automatically cancel the order and issue a refund.

2. Shipping Area

• For customers in China and Taiwan, we will request your ID character and number for recipient authentication purposes.
• Currently, we offer shipping to all areas worldwide.

3. Shipping Method and Time

• We use SF Express for shipping.
• Items will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days after payment and verification. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

4. Free Shipping

• We offer free domestic shipping (including Macau and Taiwan) for orders over $800 HKD.
• We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $2000 HKD.

5. Exchange and Refund Policy

• We value your satisfaction with your purchase, and we are happy to assist with exchanges if the item size is not suitable.
• Selected items can be exchanged for size, color, or other items within 7 days if they are unused and in new condition.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees when exchanging items by mail.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• All orders are non-refundable unless approved by our store.
