The manufacturing process uses an old-fashioned hanging knitting machine from Wakayama for slow production. The seamless cylindrical cut is a Regular Fit , and the production time is dozens of times longer than that of ordinary manufacturers. The 10 oz. of fabric is made to have a soft and mature texture, and it is also very tough and has strong tensile strength.
Double-sided weave with different thread counts on the inside and outside ( 30 on the inside and 20 on the outside), the inside is soft and the outside is dry, with excellent sweat absorption and quick-drying properties.

What is leftover cloth?
During the weaving, clothing making, and production processes, some scraps of fabric are generated; these are what we call leftover fabric. Usually, these scraps are not circulated but discarded. However, in reality, these scraps are simply incompletely cut and do not affect the quality of the fabric itself, so they can be reused.
This scrap fabric T-shirt was supported by a Japanese manufacturer. From fabric management to cutting and sewing, everything is made in Japan to ensure quality. As a brand that promotes an echo-friendly philosophy, armi hopes that this T- shirt will inspire people to pay attention to the reuse of resources.
